Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Hardero made through https://refreshiucleanon.world/, operated by Meridian Wellness Media Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901).

1. Return Window

You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This applies to all orders regardless of your location, in accordance with consumer protection principles consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable, and the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the date you received your order
• The product must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation)

Products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or not as described.

3. How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@refreshiucleanon.world with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.

• Products returned after the 14-day window
• Products damaged by the customer after delivery

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@refreshiucleanon.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
